At Veyra, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience.


Returns & Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged during shipping, or

  • The item is not working upon arrival (Dead on Arrival – DOA)

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Proof Requirement

To process your request, please provide:

  • A clear unboxing video showing the issue from the moment the package is opened

  • Order details (order number, name, email)

This helps us verify and resolve your issue quickly.


Refund & Replacement Process

Once your request is approved:

  • You may be asked to return the product (if required)

  • After the item is received and inspected, we will:

    • Issue a replacement, or

    • Process a refund to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be completed after approval.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Incorrect usage of the product


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping (if applicable) may be covered depending on the issue

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged
